
Sound healing
I offer private and group Sound Healing at two local studios. Sessions last 60 minutes, and participants typically experience this in a supported supine position. Props such as bolsters, blankets, and pillows will help you feel wrapped and secure. I will anchor the session with Himalayan singing bowls and use Koshi wind chimes, Hand Drum, Tuning Forks, or Crystal Triangle as my intuition dictates. You will be surrounded by instruments and enveloped in a symphony of sound. When appropriate, bowls will be placed directly on your body to feel an even deeper vibration. I like to incorporate elements of nature - so you will smell either fresh flowers or essential oils to heighten the sensory experience. The session will allow you to relax and disconnect from the noise of daily life. Each session is unique because I design it around your specific needs. We will talk briefly before the session, and I will use my Reiki training, intuition, the sounds of the bowls (yes, they change in response to your energy), and your breathing to create a multi-faceted sensory experience to calm and relax you.

The sound of the bowls is pure and pleasant and lulls you into a relaxed meditative state.
